Michael J. Schlick, P.E. is a graduate of Rutgers University, College of Engineering in New Brunswick, NJ and is a licensed engineer in the state of New Jersey.  With aspirations of a career in HVAC and Plumbing design, Michael first obtained experience as a project manager in commercial mechanical construction companies with an emphasis on construction management, cost estimating, and design-build engineering.  Having gained the perspective of the construction side of the industry, Michael then became focused on the application and design of HVAC and Plumbing systems as a project manager in MEP design firms.  Michael brings to Custom Designing & Engineering the experience and understanding of all aspects of a project from first conception to final occupancy.
