YMCA - West Essex, NJ

Custom Designing & Engineering designed the renovation of the club’s existing lobby, cardio room, strive/weight room, and child watch facility. The HVAC design included measures to increase the amount of fresh air delivered to the spaces for improved indoor air quality and occupant comfort. New high efficiency lighting was specified throughout the renovated areas.

Global Motors - North Plainfield, NJ

Custom Designing & Engineering designed the renovation for the existing 4,600 square foot Chevrolet showroom. The scope of work included a new 2,650 square foot addition for the new Jeep showroom and renovations to the existing customer service offices.  Automobile showrooms require plenty of lighting to showcase the shinny, new products. Careful consideration was given to the high efficiency lighting selections in the showrooms to maintaining the higher lighting levels while also conserving energy.
