PLACE OF WORSHIP

Jacksonville Chapel - Totowa, NJ

Custom Designing & Engineering designed the fit out for the 18,400 square foot house of worship in Totowa, NJ. The scope of work included the separation of the existing utilities from the adjacent tenant, and tenant fit out of the newly renovated floor plan.  CD&E designed the new HVAC system for the tenant space, designed more efficient lighting, and designed the addition of new toilet facilities.
 

WISOMMM - Newark, NJ

Custom Designing & Engineering designed the renovations to the existing Classrooms, Auditorium, and Cathedral in the 61,500 square foot facility.  For this project, CD&E was presented with the monumental task of air conditioning the over 200 year old cathedral.  The design incorporated the use of a new water cooled chiller serving multiple fan coil units tucked away in the bell towers of the old stone and marble sanctuary.  Airflow was to be distributed throughout the space through existing, decommissioned ventilation ducts above and below the balconies.
