At the end of July 2010, Custom Designing & Engineering, PC, a full service M.E.P. engineering and design firm, celebrates their first anniversary in business at their Rockaway, NJ location. The firm engineers mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for commercial projects across the United States.
The diversity of CD&E’s engineering design accomplishments established a solid foundation for the firm’s growth in the first year. From over 200 completed projects in their first year, the firm’s M.E.P. design experience includes a core and shell commercial building, health care renovations, upgrades to government building infrastructure, renovations to public schools, tenant fit out of restaurant spaces, and fit out of a medical facility. CD&E has also engineered the tenant fit out of retail locations for over 30 major retailers across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
Kenneth Fuller, P.E., LEED AP, managing member of CD&E, is pleased with the firm’s professional accomplishments, but is even more proud of the personal relationships forged with their architectural partners. “This first year was about meeting new people; meeting professionals with whom we could form positive working relationships. We were very fortunate to have found a number of talented architects willing to put their trust in us.”
Focused on a prosperous future, Custom Designing & Engineering continues to prove its reputation of completing projects using creative and innovative approaches within reasonable time schedules. Through effective communication, carefully conceived and coordinated designs, and accurate, detailed plans, CD&E provides its architectural partners with the service they expect from their engineering design professionals.
